Chef Thomas Chats About Oyster Mushrooms, Gouda & Leiden Cheese

This week I want to talk about the great products I receive from Flat Creek Lodge. Here at the Terrace on Peachtree we currently use the Blue and Yellow oyster mushrooms, the low country gouda and the Leiden.

The oyster mushrooms have great flavor and scent and are working perfectly with our new Flat Creek Lodge Oyster mushroom au Gratin on our new menu.

As most of you know our Local cheese sticks are a big hit and this would not be the case only for the great Leiden cheese with the wonderful cumin flavor at the end and the local tomato fondue.

Once again thanks to Everyone at the farm and cheese makers from Flat Creek and I hope you come in to try our new items.
